The Junior World Darts Championship final will be played on Tuesday December 18th

at the Alexandra Palace London, during the PDC's World Darts Championship. 

The latest order of merit for the Modus Uk Tour now available. Top 8 places will qualify for the Junior World Finals in December. Top 4 English players will represent Team England in the Junior World Cup Of Darts, and 3 places available for the PDPA scholarships for 2019.

The Junior Darts Corporation is pleased to announce that the official Junior World Darts Championship will be held in December this year on the weekend of December 14th 15th and 16th 2018.

Tavis Dudeney sealed his first Junior Darts Corporation Tour title as a he defeated Freddie Francis in a thrilling final at the Cueball Centre in Derby. 

The Dates for the Junior Darts Corporations World Finals, World Cup Team Event and European Open are now to played over the weekend of the 14th-16th of December 2018.

The Event will still take place in Bristol England. The JDC have decided to keep the event in Bristol due to its transport links in the U.K. and nearby airport for our overseas players.

The actual World Final will still be played at the Alexandra Palace in London during the PDC's World Darts Championship days after the completion of the JDC's event. 

Jarred Cole, Keelan Kay and Jakob Kelly will arrive in Wigan this Saturday ahead of the start of the Unicorn Development tour 2018. All three players earn't themselves a free pass to the development tour for the whole of 2018 via an exclusive PDPA Scholarship only achieved through the JDC'S Junior darts tour. The top three players in the JDC'S Tour OOM aged over 16 qualify for a free pass to the following years Development tour. 

Brad Phillips made it 2 out of 2 on his quest to make the most of the JDC's 2018 Tour.
Already qualified for the Junior World finals in December by virtue of winning Tour 1 in Dorchester, Phillips is looking to stay at the top of the Modus Tour OOM and take advantage of the up and coming World Cup Team event in December.
The top 4 English players in the tour OOM at the end of the year will represent England in the prestigious team event. With that and the opportunity to bag a World finals spot, a JDC Allstar position and a PDPA Scholarship, it was a great turn out in Worcester. 60 players came and the 2 finalists Jordan Ward & Brad Phillips had very different journeys to the final.

Brad Phillips claimed a JDC World finals spot last weekend by winning the first Tour event of 2018. Phillips had earned his spot in the final with some solid darts and a tight match victory over tour regular Freddie Francis in the semi
final, assured a chance to win the event.

The Junior Darts Corporation in partnership with the International Darts Corporation have set out a long term project to begin the growth of the sport at a junior level across Asia. Beginning in China the JDC and IDC will lay out the foundations to create a junior structure for darts to encompass academies, education, tournaments and a centre of excellence near Shanghai.

Adding to the JDC'S portfolio , is the Emerald Darts Academy.

Situated in the town of Tullow, Co Carlow the Emerald Darts Academy is 60 minutes from Dublin and offers the opportunity for Irish juniors to participate in an ever popular growth of Darts Academies in the UK.

The JDC has great representation in England and Wales and currently we are exploring Scotland and main land Europe too".

DAN PERRY took victory in the opening event of the 2016 Junior Darts Corporation season at the George Albert Hotel in Dorchester.

Perry followed up his success in winning a JDC event in 2015 by claiming the first of this year's six national JDC events for players aged 10-17.

Perry's success also gives him a head start in the JDC's "Pathway To The Palace", with the season-ending final to be held on stage at the William Hill World Darts Championship.

"It was a fantastic tour event and with an increase in entrants on 2015, I am pleased to see this event well attended," said JDC Chairman Steve Brown.

"This particular event is highly anticipated as it's our first event of the year which provides us with our first finalist for December."

JOSHUA RICHARDSON has capped the Junior Darts Corporation's first year with victory in the JDC Finals, defeating Dan Perry in the final.

The 17-year-old from Rushden emerged victorious from Saturday's 16-player JDC Finals, which featured the six tournament winners from the 2015 season plus ten other qualifiers.

Richardson defeated Tyler Radlett in the quarter-finals, whitewashed Connor Levett 5-0 with a 90 average in his semi-final and then defeated Perry in the final.
